Having grown up in Melanesia with the Pacific Ocean at her doorstep, and having lived in 3 other countries at various times of her life, the inspiration for her designs stems from her life’s many colourful memories and cultural leanings – with a strong focus on nature. Karilea previously worked for many years in the field of Visual Merchandise Design and she applies the same principals of design extensively to her jewellery making. |
